Make Yourself Happy!
In this article I’ll show you a simple trick to make you happy whenever you want.
I invented this technique, based on my reading some articles about aromatherapy and the power of music on the human brain, some time ago. Although I have not done and scientific experiment to determine the success of this method, but based on my reading, I am confident that with this technique.
Let me remind the first piece that your discretion is strongly recommended. If you have any health problems or problems, please consult your doctor before felt any method that I’m next to you show.
What are needed?
1) A fragrance, perfume, fragrance oil or something similar that you can carry around easily. Odors must be unique.
2) Events that can make you happy and euphoric. Learn which activities make you happy.
What should you do?
1) Whenever an event occurs to make you happy, for example, how to accomplish a task, because, enjoy a vacation, watching a good film (movies with happy endings are strongly preferred), and the like to extract the flavor and odor .
1) Repeat step 1 every time an event occurs, again with the same experience. Your decision must be impartial, but the blame in the event that really made happy.
3) After step 1 and step 2 for up to repeated 80-10 times, now is the time to perform some experiments. Find a time when the mood is neutral (neither happy nor sad). Pull the smell and the smell. If you somehow feel good and happy for no reason, congratulations, you have to move your scent created happy mood. After a few repetitions, your brain to be used and the smell start to believe that each moment is happy with that smell. So, to smell this scent, even if they do not see any happy event, the brain is fooled and starts to increase the level of serotonin in the body.
